Caregivers – Take Those Turtle Steps

Monday, August 17, 2009

I’ve often said to my clients that a good life is made up of small things. Each one may not have enormous significance in and of itself, but when combined they add up to quite a difference.

The tips in this article, Caring for the Caregiver by Holistic Healthcare Services are not earthshaking – but they are about making those small changes. AND THEY WORK!

Try them and see.

What else can you begin to change in your life today?

Keep a rough journal of what you’re doing and how it’s helping you feel and think better. You owe it to yourself.
