dscf17502We had a great quarterly call with Martha Beck last week. We talked about how things are changing & anything feels possible much more often than it did before. That’s how I felt when I was in McLeod Ganj, Dharamsala, north India. I fel t very much in the flow spiritually; my heart felt very open.

My challenge now: to maintain that sense of being ‘in the flow’. Martha asked ‘What is your practice? [to stay in the flow]. I’ve heard them ask that before. My answer? Be in nature (not hard, it’s right outside my back door); Get back to my Krya yoga meditation; attend the Byron Katie weely teleseminars for Martha Beck coaches; & get out more.

Many of us are feeling the change now. There are many uplifting blogs and websites out there. Gives Me Hope is a site that invites people to write about their most uplifting moments. It’s the answer to negative sites, such as FMyLife, where people talk about how bad their day was! It’s a beautiful site.

My friend Graham says to handle the stress of our world, we need to have “Stress Immunity”. We get that by looking after ourselves physically, emotionaly & spiritually, finding the practices & routines that suit us. Thinking positive thoughts can be an important ingredient in our immunity.
